Minty Choc Cold Brew Cappuccino

Chocolate and mint combine in a cool and creamy foam, for a cold brew recipe that will give you delicious chills when you need to cool off.


Ingredients

  • Coffee beans – washed – Indonesia
  • cold skimmed milk
  • 20gr – dark chocolate
  • 10ml – peppermint extract
  • mint chocolate – to garnish
  • ice cubes

Method

Step 1

First, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.

Step 2

Then, add the peppermint extract to the melted dark chocolate.

Step 3

Place the glass with ice cubes under the spout and prepare a ‘Cold Brew Cappuccino’.

Step 4

Pour the dark chocolate over the coffee.

Step 5

Finally, garnish with grated mint chocolate. Enjoy!
